We strongly believe in well balanced diets & enhancing Metabolism with good quality foods containing Essential Fatty Acids, Antioxidants, Complex Carbs, Proteins, Vitamins & Minerals. Our weight reduction diets are composed of Carbohydrate 50 – 65%, Protein 10 – 20%, Fat 25 – 30% of Total Energy.
